Somehow screwed my garmin up so ended up recording my whole trip back from Woodhill so the times/ distance is a guestimate.

Awesome training set by Matt pre-Europe (and i tagged along). Struggled on the compass only section and ended up about 300m south of where i was supposed to be.

Am contemplating the amount of internet data im going to need to survive the next few weeks- wuoc, jwoc, woc.

Running to/from training. Gaaah that last hill back to the car kills my soul everytime- why couldnt Woodhill be on the top of a hill- downhill to finish!

Fun long run with Jula up the Okura Bush trail and then round the coast to Stillwater estuary
yay for company, off-road running and the sun!! so much nicer than what i had thought i would end up doing today.

am going to make it my mission over the next few weeks, whilst on holiday and everyone is away, to discover more of these secret off-road runs around Auckland. also need to get some runs in around Whatipu before they close the area off. am currently compiling my list.

Gave up on study and went with alice and matt. had the hyperactive trainer again today, it HURTS when holds the mat for you. i have bruises.
