woke up this morning with a sore throat and runny nose but am pretending they do not exist as being sick would not be ideal.
Hill Reps, turned into a hard training as I took an overly keen friend (George) with me, who wanted to see what "proper running" was like. turns out george is bloody fast, and so I ended up shattered at the end of it. so much for "proper running"

was supposed to do another set on the off-road route, but started off and realised it wasnt going to happen so did another 4min uphill and gave up.
so 4 x up OTH in the end, not too bad.
giving my neighbourhood a bit of a rest at the moment, not keen to be followed again. think i need to get a dog
