Goldie's Bush Reserve

Did the loop in a anti-cockwise direction so about 40mins of solid running, then a 35min stream bash, then ran a bit further round, found Dad and we ran back to the carpark

Cool track!! The stream would be so nice to swim in, falling in was actually appreciated today!

Nobody broke into the car whooo

Orienteering long 45:00 [3]

Went out to Muriwai to try do some training on those maps, realised a large amount has been felled, I forgot my compass and then found my car had been broken into and everything taken out of the boot. Not happy at all.

On a side note- everything except the cash then got returned to the store. my stuff obvs wasnt good enough for them haha

Spin class, came late so had to sneak in the back and catch up. Painful, havent done one for a while and have forgotten how hard they can be

Usual core and strengthening, though I did a bit more balance work than usual for my ankle on the wobble boards

Hill Reps on OTH

Warm Up: 20mins, once round on road

3x 4mins reps (essentially to the top at a 85% pace)

3x 2min reps (ran on stepper upper road)

Had to give myself slightly more than 4mins rest between efforts to get back down to the start in time. STEEP. i think i was providing the carloads of tourists with entertainment as a sweated my way up the hill

10mins warm down

Total was about an hour
