A walk with Christine after work. First 0.2 not mapped as I accidentally approved an upgrade installation when we started.

Hashing 54:36 intensity: (31:28 @1) + (23:01 @2) + (7 @3) 3.68 mi (14:50 / mi)
ahr:113 max:139 weight:173lbs

Since the hash is officially canceled in Rochester, Vowel Movement set a trail yesterday that could be followed anytime on your own. I went an hour earlier than the usual trail time and followed trail, eventually catching up to Kitten, Bloody and Boo near Buckman Park. We kept our distance but stayed in the same general vicinity for the rest of the trail. FRB joined us just as we finished and the five of us circled from about 50 feet away from each other.

VM did a nice job for the first ghost hash of these trying times.

Got a text from the boss in the morning that he hated to ask, but could the team answer some questions about COVID impact for our CEO, so the team rallied much of the day and provided some good answers on the current impacts. It will be very difficult to predict future impacts to small businesses that make up the bulk of our client base, because of so many moving parts, but that's what we're being asked to do next.

So, I took the day off, with no guilt, especially since my weight hit a multi-year low, kind of like the stock markets.

Running 37:06 intensity: (1:51 @1) + (20:56 @2) + (10:29 @3) + (3:19 @4) + (31 @5) 2.78 mi (13:21 / mi) +137m 11:35 / mi
ahr:133 max:170 weight:172lbs

After stopping for a wine purchase while they were still open, I parked at the deserted Y and did a loop from their trails to Lincoln Park. Despite the relatively late start, I saw more people than usual on the trails: a women walking her dog, then a guy trailing behind two very young kids (both under 5), then I completely surprised a couple walking two dogs, part way up the last hill to the Lincoln lot, even though one of the dogs had already visited me. The hills were tough, especially since it was still fairly muddy.

Well, at least it was nice weather for a lunchtime jog/walk (5 min / 30 sec segments), since I wouldn't be able to run after work as we have to drive Luke to RPI and back so he can collect his belongings from his dorm room, which has to be empty by 4pm tomorrow.

weight:174lbs (rest day)

With nicer weather coming the next two days, and no cross-training options with the Y closed for the coronavirus, I decided to take today off.

Running 35:04 intensity: (1:28 @1) + (15:21 @2) + (13:44 @3) + (4:31 @4) 3.52 mi (9:58 / mi) +16m 9:49 / mi
ahr:137 max:154 weight:175lbs

Jog/walk (generally 6 min/1 min) after working from home due to the virus. Volleyball has been canceled at Hot Shots for the foreseeable future, so no game tonight, just when we are making the playoff run.

Shortened the last walk to make it easier to get under 10 min pace overall, despite the walking breaks.
