Tight on time to try to run, then swim before lap swim closed at 4, so I just did 3 miles. 5.5-6.1 mph for first 0.7, then 6.2 for 1.9 and 6.1-5.8 for last 0.4 to get safely ahead of 10 min pace.

This was the ride of the week and had the added bonus of being a soft PR since it is a new course that I had only done twice, which was nice since a Feb challenge is to beat 5 PRs. Built a nice lead on my ghost and was able to coast toward the end.

4 x 0.6 (6.0-6.5 mph) mi with 0.1 jog or walk/jog after each.
Accidentally stopped after 1/2 mile on 3rd, so extended 4th to 0.7. Was designed to be tempo-ish effort, but was a little more, based on HR.
Couple of 6.5 mph strides during w/dn to keep overall pace under 10:15.
Right quad a little sore afterward.
