This was watching Luke's 4x400. After being sick for almost two weeks, Luke struggled in the open 800. He came thru in 58 as planned, but then was done by the time he hit the backstretch and coasted in. He was able to hold up well in the relay, getting the baton just ahead of Thomas and Victor, who both had very fast anchors (the Victor kid won the 800 in 1:55). Luke split 50.70 (FAT) and held off the Victor kid, but the Thomas kid split 49.87 to squeak by.

Subbed for Mark in my old golf league and struggled miserably, putting up a 54. Had a bunch of very good shots to keep things interesting, but many truly awful shots as well (mostly on/around the greens).
Turned on my Garmin for some of the later holes, and took splits around some of my shots to see how it might look.
