Well over an hour to get through everything. Added three exercises to replace the walking with arms crossed:
walking with arms crossed, but rotating each step
walking with extremely exaggerated arm movements
walking with reaching overhead and across with arm matching leg going forward

Definitely feeling the effects of yesterday's activity, so no exercise today, other than going into the Sabres preseason game (walking from Ballyhoo to the arena and back), and doing limited PT exercises.
