Door frame stretch on stool
3 table exercises (reach leg back, slide back, slide back with rotation)
Step ups (not pushing up with back leg, but lifting with front leg)
5 min walk with arms crossed
Squats with chair behind (reach arms straight out)
Step over mini-hurdle
Forgot to do quad stretch
