Yesterday, between getting up close to 6, doubling then hitting a grad party on the way to the Bills game, and finally driving home past midnight, really wore me out so I was an Olympic couch potato today.
Easy swim before heading to the ROC meet, to make up for last night's skip. Shoulder was near the worst it has been, contributing to the glacially slow times.

ROC Score-O at Genesee Valley Park
Wasn't sure I could get all the controls, so I skipped four low-point controls south of the start on the way out, which ended up being a mistake as I was able to run (ok, that's a strong work, perhaps shuffle) just about the whole way and had plenty of time to spare.
Zach whipped off the 1 hour Score-O (on his "home course") in 28:18, Chelsea (and company) got almost all of the controls in under an hour, and Walt participated but has the Dam Trail Race tomorrow, so did not cover as much ground as he could have.
