Orienteering 1:16:57 [2] 5.6 mi (13:44 / mi) +50m 13:22 / mi

ROC TNT at Webster Park

I volunteered to host this training session, since it was at Webster Park. Unfortunately only 5 of us were there to take advantage of the session (luke was a no-show because of prepping for tomorrow night's solo, and Z couldn't attend with a track meet against good distance teams - RH, Victor and Irondequoit - tomorrow). This includes:
- making sure the terrain interval area was OK
- 2 x [almost] 200m in the terrain
- setting out a control for the memory-o
- visiting the 5 controls for the memory-o
- 4 x [almost] 200m in the terrain
- retrieving my control

I'm not sure I managed the split and start/stop buttons very accurately, but the general idea should show in the splits.

Heart was skipping beats frequently when I got home. Was a little slow on the intervals - not sure if it is leftover Billygoat or the heart or both. I'll have to hit the track next week after West Point for some quantitative data.
