Enough work at lunchtime to rationalize not going out into the cold, so I went to Bayview in the evening. Easily the best swim workout I've had in ages.

After swimming, jumped on the treadmill at 9:38pm, so I only had 22 minutes until closing and wanted to get in 3 miles (the old minimum amount to count as a run). Went from 7 to 7.5mph during the first 1/4 mi, then upped it by 0.1mph every 0.1 miles, up to 9.3mph, just before the 2 mile mark, then back down to 8.3 by the end. Felt surprisingly easy.
