Hills: half session 3 x 3, sitting behind felly. Felt slow but was expecting worse, probably could have managed another one, but after that I think I would have gone backwards.
Nice and unfit! The doctor is fine with me starting running again. Very very busy with Uni this semester spending almost all day,every day doing f*ing design report so taking it chill on the training/racing sides of things. Will keep up some training and do some staple sessions to keep some base fitness, more or less just training when I feel I have time to - then pick it up a gear in the summer with aim of some fell races later on.
