Thought I should be riding in the Vuelta till I turned around into Hurricane Irma at Aberlady... Annoyingly just missed a group of riders when I turned around at half way so solo'd it out in the wind for a good 25k

Long run in The Pentlands with Freddie,Jack and James. What I was hoping to be a pretty chilled run turned into chilling on the flats and downhills and then putting some fair efforts in on the climbs. All good fun though but feeling a wee bit fucked now! Naughty fry up after which hit the spot.
Pretty grim session on the crags, more of a lung buster than a leg buster for me today. Reps all pretty consistent... however had to slow reps 4,5 and 6 down a bit so I could actually finish the session, so was stopping about 10m shorter. Felt very sloth like today but a good session tucked under the belt.
Took a little visit to sneaky snips afterwards to get the barnet sorted.
