Still not feeling great so decided to take it steady. Meant I really could nail the O and leave Norway happy with a solid technical performance.

Felt really weak and a bit of sore throat, decided to sack it in after i was just so tired as I walking. Sacked it in at the furtherest point from the finish as well. I never learn.

Chilled Morgen jogg with HÃ¥kon around the trails. Cold mostly gone now and feeling a lot better, so ready to race this evening even if i'm not 100%....

Legs feeling pretty good with all this unplanned rest.

Two bad routechoices on the long legs cost me a good position. Still groggy from cold. Think running this made me a bit worse but ah well was good competition prep.

Best quarantine ever watching Sarpsborg play, class.

Body actually felt fine and not really not noticing the cold. Achilles not though and twinging a bit. Another rest day or maybe just some more cycling however frustrating it is not to properly train.
