Cruising around Birkrigg :) Legs okay, back a bit tight and lung a bit tight as well to start with.

Crawled around the relay, technique okay again one 50sec miss body just felt awful though, think I might be a bit ill.

Good technical race. Completely died on my arse for pretty much the whole course, don't think I ate enough either the night before or this morning. Tried my best though so happy with that!

Smashed my foot on a rock and iceing it now, should be okay for the Relay tomorrow: selected for Relay A team 2nd leg, lets have it!

Strong start leading by control 6. 30 sec miss on a downhill leg to a boulder.lost sometime running straight on one of the longer legs, Also lost like a minute on a leg where I caught up a train and followed them down into some crags and got really stuck, was a bit tired here and not thinking straight. Miles better than the qualifier, remembered how to race today and now excited for the long!

Middle qualifier +6:26
+1:06 off qualifying. Two shitty mistakes must of lost about three minutes one a poor route and bad execution another one a miss in the green and small mistake at the end to the boulder. Horrendous weather and pretty cold, finding hard to even hold the map at times and take a bearing. Felt relaxed in the start boxes and felt like I handled the nerves well. Never really got into racing mode today and couldn't really attack the terrain well, being a little too cautious today I think. Pretty gutted, focus on the long now.
