Felt okay for about 30 minutes and was only like a min off Aidan and then body just shut down and brain along with it. Shouldn't of run. Still ill. At least I know I can run hard for 30 mins and JWOC is a lot shorter than that for middle distance.

Bit of fun with a draw your own map exercise, went well for the first two then fucked one because my map was shite so just went to the normal map and orienteered well, leg felts good.
