Just over 10 miles with Ben. Very gloomy and wet out but such a great run, nice to train with someone for the first time in ages! Felt good tonight!

Up and around the seat. Chest extremely tight or maybe even heart was feeling weird. Hard to tell. Could of been from the copious amounts of smoke I inhaled from the fire we had down at the beach.
