Sprint corridor. Generally just feeling a bit lethargic and tired, so just called it quits after this and will do other the sprint session which I was gonna run hard tomorrow or another day. Rest day tomorrow though...
Felt okay, Lungs a little tight though because of cold weather maybe should of taken my enhaler before hand, could hardly feel my arms at the end.Snowing Lightly here and there.
