Orienteering 1:48:36 [3] 16.68 km (6:31 / km) +650m 5:27 / km

WOC long test, brief summary: was going pretty well initially but after about 1h 15ish I really started to die and make 1 and 2 minute errors. But positive because I don't have to run this distance, and I think my concentration was good until then. Think my winter base doesn't cover distances of this sort. Good experience. 8 minutes lost I think. 2 of them minutes were on the last control haha... It seems you do need to navigate a little on the last leg.

WU with Zoey and then some Drills & Strides.

Orienteering 36:36 [4] 5.27 km (6:57 / km) +250m 5:37 / km

WOC Middle test race - 15th +6:37

Generally good,but some sloppiness in places, small misses of 10seconds here and there, lost some time loosing my shoe and dropping my compass. Didn't see the path route on the long leg which was probably faster, I went straighter and orienteered very well,but probably slower.

Will update with more detail after I get the map back.

6 seconds behind Aidan(going for JWOC) about a minute behind Willy and about 3mins behind likes of Kris Jones. Good course by Bilbo, got the most out of the area.

Cool down back to the assembly with Zoey.

Legs felt a bit lazy on the hills today, don't know why- feeling good in some sessions and bad in others. Maybe a few hill rep sessions before the JK.

Intervals tomorrow followed by some easy days, before Friday and Saturday where I'm pre-running the woc test races(saving me £18 a day).Not doing the sprint because it's to early/too far away.
