No Browns left,so ran the blue course.
Bit fragile from the night before, so didn't properly go for it, just a good steady pace. A few sloppy mistakes: i.e on 3 I was right above the control, but convinced myself I was wrong. (1:30 mistake) and then some other smaller misses. probs totaling 3mins.
Don't think I'll be doing much training on mondays as often, designating this time start studying and getting to uni! usually do an easy run so no much lost from a extra rest day.
