Orienteering 49:30 [3] 7.89 km (6:16 / km) +310m 5:15 / km

No Browns left,so ran the blue course.

Bit fragile from the night before, so didn't properly go for it, just a good steady pace. A few sloppy mistakes: i.e on 3 I was right above the control, but convinced myself I was wrong. (1:30 mistake) and then some other smaller misses. probs totaling 3mins.

Good 1:15000 training though.

Long Progression: Increased the pace a little every 20 mins.

Calves tightened up on the beach. Will do a couple of these sessions before the Jk.

5 min warm up
20 min threshold @ 3:30's
5 min warm up.

On the treadmill, sweat, sweat and more sweat. Happy with how this went after two hard days.

Warm up and drill sessions with strides.

3x2(800) [1:30] [400] between sets.

A bit windy. First 'pure' speed session in a while, felt okay.

Don't think I'll be doing much training on mondays as often, designating this time start studying and getting to uni! usually do an easy run so no much lost from a extra rest day.
