5min threshold to blow out some cobwebs.

Lovely damp Lake District day. Very nice hilly run with Angus around Richards Bigland-Haverthwaite run. Some efforts on the forest hills.

Gonna give up running and give World strongest man a shot especially after gym seshes like these.

Really got the lungs working.

Easing back into training at the moment, but feeling better every time I go out.
