Orienteering 1:01:25 [3] 9.2 km (6:41 / km)

Technically good par one mistake 2mins lost to mike. Physically good to start with but once it started raining and the wind caught up, I was really dawdling around in the long up hill marshy legs and couldn't really run them well. lost 15 secs tieing the shoes aswell. orienteering smoothly when planning ahead more.

6 x 1:30 with 45 sec recovery - Hill reps. Lovely and warm day.

Arguably shouldn't log it but when surfing and swimming out through proper choppy waves it's really tiring. Total time 1h 30

Running 1:10:00 [2] 13.0 km (5:23 / km) +500m 4:31 / km

Easy long run: started from the shore so took all the climb in, picked up Ben at the villa who wanted to come with me, a lot slower than me so ran in circles picking him up so i didn't loose him and gave him lots of motivation to not stop, then easy cruise down hill.

Same route as yesterday but 5 x 3:20,with 1:40 recovery. Did set this session to be on flat but because there is none around just changed it to a hill session. This Got me to just before the top and summited in 23mins this time.
