5 x short threshold hills + easy pace around birkrigg and seawood.
legs felt shite(tired from long run + also went out last night)

Long run,
Nice and sunny, so a bit of heat to train in for once :) feeling good until the last sharp hill like last week.

Cross training 5:00 [1]

cool down, calves a bit stiff from last stretch on the road in x talons, also a bit of a blister.

Bad feeling in the body from word go, weasy from asthma and pain in shoulder apart from this technique was good until I had the lack of concentration mid leg and thpought I was running the leg ahead oh no...2/3 mins lost. Quentin just clinched the battle axe title ahead of me! Need to work on the concentration...

Note

Selected for Stockholm tour, so that looks like 2 weeks of aswesome orienteering and banter. Real Training starts Saturday onwards, can't wait to get into it again.
