Bishop woods,
Lovely little forest.did 3/4 of exercises. Aim was just get back in the groove of things, haven't done much technical orienteering recently so purpose was just to stay in control at average pace. Technically good, two misses all day, only about 20 sec each. Ended up just going through the motions on the last exercise because been to most of the controls, wood got a bit boring aswell.

Been studying pretty hard to get my grades up at sixth form so last two days just didn't have time to get out. No Fell Race today as you have to be over 18 pretty ridiculous as last time I beat 4/5th's of the field, I think I'm quite capable but FRA rules and that. Get out on a long run hopefully. Hope to get a solid week of training from this weekend on-wards, looking forward to the TDS next weekend!

Long run started off with angus along beach then into ulverston back over to Birkrigg up the lanes, started to pick up some speed when left angus all was fine until some savage dog ran after me and bit my arse! (tooth mark/claw mark and everything) should stopped and shouted at the owners but I was more busy about keep on running. saw the owners later on the run and they never even said sorry just looked really embarrassed and smiled apologetically at me. fuming! if I die of dog aids this will not be a good showing.

Run back home,
Cruise with some turns of pace x 4.
Legs not feeling to sprightly, probably indicating I need to take it easy tomorrow and then rest on Friday as always.

Cruise around Birkrigg, sort of a recovery,legs a bit tired. Sehr muddy.

At the start of December I'm thinking of maybe rejiging my training plan to suit my Revision for Exams in January... because at the end of the day I'd rather not mess my first exams up and end up ressiting them all. I'm planning to maybe put more higher intensity trainings and decrease the volume of training and week before the exam period I probably won't train at all but maybe a few sessions to release stress,.. Anyway I'll sit down at the start of December and brainstorm! Need to acheive a successful balance between Training and work!

BCR speed work; on the flats today.
6 x Loop around glaxo, 3/4 threshold pace 1/4 anaeorbic 90 %. Recoveries included.
Good session.
