Orienteering 1:09:27 [3] 7.74 km (8:58 / km) +200m 7:57 / km

Classic race, 6th- Halden like terrain.
A pefectly acceptable run was ruined by two large mistakes by trusting norweigan runners orienteering skills. one big parallel error and one stopping to short and not understanding map. Won a bike pump woo! tough running through marsh and underfoot.

Lots of different exercises with quwntin(Q dawg)
Getting the feel for scandinavian terrain and loving it.

Quentin took us out on the map around fredrikstad skiiklubb nice map and terrain.

Cycling with Richard. Nice day to be on the bike. Bit of achey back form not being on a bike so long. Some efforts on the hills but the rest just going along nicely. Jelly legs at the end when I beasted the hill to my house.
