Running (warm up) 10:00 [2]

Orienteering (YBT) 27:16 [4] ** 5.36 km (5:05 / km) +60m 4:49 / km

well ... I missed punched. no.9 but i actually went to it but never punched it because i'm retarded, matched up my control descriptions wrong :( ah well wouldn't of be counted for LOC anyway but i was pleased with my performance if you don't count the mistake of not extending my hand to punch the control box.

Performance wise very good kept in control no mistakes ran at a good pace but didn't feel like I was pushing myself hard enough. would of been 5th behing carl aidan will G and Jonny C. ahead of everyone in my year.

LOC won !!! best british club, good banter on way back :D Orienteering is going well at the moment :) .... i mentally won today ;)

So steep at talent squad *10 30 secs hard 30 secs recovery

Running (hill reps 2) 15:00 [3]

*10 30 secs hard 30 secs off, not as intense this time but still got to the top quicker because we didn't have to run back down the hill with everyone to regroup with the slightly slower people.

Note
(rest day)

What i didn't mention on here is that i sustained a bit of an injury on graythwaite yesterday got absolutely clothes lined in the neck and and slammed on to my back...bit dazzled and didn't seem to bad at the time so manned up and carried around on my course....back has ceased up a bit now so may be seeing the physio not a bad injury just quite alot of stiffness.

on the positive side sent a letter to land rover for sponsorship didn't think they would give me it, but they said "were unable to sponsor you in the tough enomical climate""however we are very impressed with your orienteering
achievements and future goals for being selected" so they gave me

£50.00

....WOOO dead kind of them :) go towards an OMM jacket I think!
