Orienteering race (gallopen sale fell) 56:23 [4] *** 6.5 km (8:40 / km) +235m 7:21 / km

kained the fell and the first part of the forest was ahead of angus by three and a half minutes who eventually won, at this point then went on to make about 7 minutes of mistakes two mistakes coming down the hill side and just missing the crag by about 5m then got a bit distracted, then later on another mistake came out of the control at the wrong angle. otherwise a fast first half and ran the long legs fast , just need to know when to control my pace and slow down abit. came 2nd angus beat by like 30 seconds just a training race though. ahould of got under 50

nothing demanding , saving myself for tomorrow football match and sundays race, it will be the first race since french 6 , can't wait to get back into it :D

Running long (longish run) 1:00:00 [3] 12.8 km (4:41 / km) +300m 4:12 / km

longish run , a new route i tried out, so at a gentle pace. on to common then a small lane to baycliff along the beach to the priory forests through the out scirts of them back onto the road through to bardsea and to my house.running along the beach was really nice had to scramble across some crags/small ciffs to get around the beach because the tide was so far in. sunny day :D

Running (attempt of recovery run) 25:00 [2] 5.0 km (5:00 / km) +100m 4:33 / km

run with my fat lazy dog , took some encouraging to make her run. nice slow pace so she could keep up... trying to ease of the stifness in my calves (didn't work)

plyometrics/running drills warm up/down 15:00 [3]

did some drills taught from lagganlia-flicks bounds ski hops etc.

Cycling (to football) 25:00 [3] 7.0 km (3:34 / km)

slowly bodded to football on my bike - used it as a bit of a cheeky warm up !

Football (pre season match) 1:20:00 [3]

Match against IBS won 5-2 , scored a WONDERGOAL...naa not really placed a shot in the bottom corner, pretty standard:L outplayed the other team,just let a few scrappy goals in. Joe hambley wasn't there so i was put in CB because i played in defense 2 years ago, played average not really much effort to be put in, can't wait for next game to get back into midfield!

Cycling (back from football) 23:00 [3] 7.0 km (3:17 / km)

went a bit faster , because i was starving.

Running (Road run) 21:18 [4] 5.15 km (4:08 / km) +100m 3:46 / km

Evening run , went out fast... A bit too fast lungs were burning l proabably because I didn't warm up legs felt fresh though . A got a stitch half way through and my asthma was tightening my lungs , which really slowed me down so wasn't pushing the last half . Fitted quite a lot of hills in though :D standard road run!
