Good session.
3 x 25kg on the weighted press ups this week, BIG.
Back to the dead lift and went down to low weights of 50 and 60kg, successfully managing not to fuck my back.

Chill with Tim and Bash before gym and then back with Purko. Calf still tight from session and generally a bit tired, looser on the way back but still not 100%. Should be okay by tomorrow.
