Orienteering 2:01:00 20.0 km (6:03 / km) +750m 5:06 / km

National O race in Cholfirst. Most international competition I have ever seen in Switzerland.
I missed approximately 2min. That's ok, but I felt like I was running the whole race with the hand break on. Not sure why. I should be recovered after that week, maybe I did too little specific training to be energized for this race?

Finished 5th, over 3min behind Mr. Matthias K.

6x(1000m, 200m jogging, 500m). Rest 3min.
We ran approximately the 1000m in 3:05 and the 500m in 1:30.
