First I walked for 30min, than jogged for 15min. Foot is doing really well walking. Still a bit sore when running, but no comparison to a few days ago. The wound also didn't bleed after the running. I am optimistic to run normally really soon.

Last biking tour in the Engadin.
Silvaplana-Val Fex-Silvaplana. Tough to leave this beautiful place.
Kick off of my biking career... hopefully it will be short. The doc told me I can already start running on Monday.
I arrived late in the Engadin. Put my headlamp on and rode my bike up direction Fuorcla Surlej until my lamp told me it is critically low with the battery power. I had enough time to climb about 800m of climb.
I am spending 3 days in the Engadin with Manoo, who is a hard core triathlete... he will teach me how to train long and hard...
