Took the cable car down to Biel to do intervals on a up hill slope. I have some weird ankle pain when I run flat or downhill... but not uphill.
This is one reason why I didn't race the swiss national race today. The other reason is that I have a lot of work at home to do... cleaning up a few cadavers from my time away this summer.

Ran up from Biel to Magglingen... I have an odd ankle which hurts when I run flat or downhill... fortunately there are hills to run up.

Met Thömu Hodel at 7:20 on the track for intervals. We did 7x1000m, rest: 400m "jogging" (about 3:30).

I planed to run them in 3:05... it is nice to have underestimated my ability.
It was great to do the training with a training partner. I am not sure I would have been able to do such a good training alone... especially that early.
