| Took the cable car down to Biel to do intervals on a up hill slope. I have some weird ankle pain when I run flat or downhill... but not uphill.
This is one reason why I didn't race the swiss national race today. The other reason is that I have a lot of work at home to do... cleaning up a few cadavers from my time away this summer. | ||

Times: 3:05 3:03 3:01 3:00 3:01 3:01 2:55 I planed to run them in 3:05... it is nice to have underestimated my ability. It was great to do the training with a training partner. I am not sure I would have been able to do such a good training alone... especially that early. | ||
