Trying to go out on the 4th stage of the OO cup. Running hurts a bit, not more. It is a serious discomfort.
After this training the foot swell actually quite a bit and the discomfort increased so I had to rest fully. On the 31.7 I did a MRI and a bone bruise in the foot was diagnosed... and I had to use crutches for a week.

Eiger Ultra Trail E35. Not the best legs today. Tired from a tough week at home/work + a slight cold. Managed to win anyway, but it wasn't an easy one.
