Social long jog with Hubi and Luki from Sörenberg up to Schrattenflue after a long and animated fondue night at Tobis alp farm. We woke up in our little alpine hut with a heavy snow storm out the window... great atmosphere.
Unfotunately my knee is still quite bad and I wasn't able to run without pain and had to compensate with the other leg. Because of my wrong running style my whole body was aching by the end of the run.

WC in Annecy. Catastrophy. Head and body were not into it. I tried my best, but it just wouldn't work. Not healthy enough for this kind of stuff.
