I have not gotten back enough stamina to do a Red course yet. I tried anyway at Great Brook Farm and I was burning fumes the last third of the course. Way behind the people actually in shape. Giacomo beat me by 26 minutes. Yikes.

Orienteering-wise pretty easy but I made a mistake leaving 8 to 9.

Way faster today on the hilly route. Almost 40 sec/mile improvement. Starting to feel more natural to move legs faster.

Continue to feel speedier.

I have signed up for Red at Boulder Dash. I will be back to Blue later but I don't think I am fit enough in a month to enjoy running Blue.

Trail Running 1:17:38 [3] 6.65 mi (11:40 / mi) +172m 10:48 / mi

Running resorvoir trail at the fells. First time running on trails at speed so super conservative. It will take a while before building back my confidence.

Also, they have rerouted the trail so I missed a turn at some point but was able to work my way back.
