1.5 hours skiing, 1 hour snowboarding.

Easy 20:00 [3] 2.0 mi (10:00 / mi)

Run errand # 4 for the year - with double stroller to sprouts with both kids. Ran home with pack full of groceries.

Long Run 2:18:00 [3] 9.3 mi (14:50 / mi)

Long run in the snow the whole time up road by winter Park. 909 feet of gain. Ran the whole time up and down, just really slow in the snow. While Ben was at ski lessons.

Super snowy. Walk 14 times up hill by my work. 695 feet of total vert. Then run down easy each time all in hiking boots. Getting it done.

Hill fartleks by work with first half focus on uphill hard and second half focused on downhill hard. 797 feet of elevation gain.

Run commute #3 to Karate, easy. All I had time for with work.

flat tempo run 1:00:00 [3] 7.6 mi (7:54 / mi)

2 min wu and cd. Then the remaining at tempo, first half downhill, second half uphill. First 3 miles were 740, 706, 720, and then GPS was on the fritz for some reason. I would guess the latter half was around 745 or 750 because it was uphill. Certainly a good honest effort.
