TM - 5 min wu with strides. Then 8 X 1:30 at 6:30 per mile with 2 min easy between at 830. then 5 min easy. Then 8 X 1:30 at 815 at 8% with 130 easy and 5 min easy.
Super snowy and cold but got the miles in. 2703 for the year!! Pretty pleased with the number, although much of the last two weeks was spent meaninglessly trying for it, oh well.
