Course is generally downhill in the beginning so paces make decent sense. Felt good, worked but good.

2 plus laps around N. Table, running almost the entire time. It was hot! Ended it was 91 degrees. I couldn't get up high because Molly was on call so I had to run at NTM because she also worked yesterday.

I would say I only walked 8 minutes the entire time so really grinding to improve the "granny" gear. I think it is working.

Felt good but stiff from yesterday's effort.
