15 min wu and cd outside. On TM, 10 min at 9:00 at 8%, 10 min at 8:30 at 6%, and 10 min at 800 at 4%. Whipped in the middle but recovered and finished strong.
10 min wu and cd. 40 min with 5 min at 7:05 and 5 min at 835. Last 3:00 of the 4th interval I ran at 6:00 per mile just to see if I could. Good workout.
White Ranch 2000 feet of gain and pretty slow running, mostly running but certainly some hiking. Felt fine, lacked energy but good. I think I needed this easy week.
