TM walking - trying to get faster on the TM! 5 minutes alternating flat at 5.3 mph walking and 4.0 mph at 15% walking for 5 minutes. I'm going to figure out how to walk faster if it kills me!

Walking session #2 in the evening. 15 min at 5.2 flat and then 15 min at 4.0 at 12% or more.
TM all at 8:27 per mile for 60 minute. 12 X 1 minute hill intervals thrown in approximate 4-5 minutes apart. 6 under 10%, 6 at 10% or more, with highest at 14% but could not quite make the full minute. I never did step off or grab on despite wanting to really bad!
