Did Mt. Evans before volunteering at LT100. 2 hours up and 1 hour down, more ore less. Great to do a 14er! Enjoyed volunteering at TL and then saw the finish.

Easy run with 6X2 min pickup/fartleks. Pretty fast fartlek.

Easy two laps around Cheesman.

Tuesday Aug 16, 2016 #

Hill Intervals 50:00 [3] 6.4 mi (7:49 / mi)

15 min WU and CD. Then on TM, 20 minutes one minute on, one minute off, 7:25 at 4% for minute on and 7:25 for minute off flat. Was able to sustain the entire 20 minutes and even decreased to 7:15 the last intervals. Hard but good.

10 minutes of ERG with a bit of jogging and walking and then 4X15 strides with form drills (wanted to be outside).
