Bike to and from work, 13.5 each way.

Monday Aug 8, 2016 #

Hill Intervals 53:00 [3] 6.58 mi (8:03 / mi)

15 min WU and CD, WU with strides. Then TM 8:30 at 4% for 10 min, with 2 min flat recovery, then 7:40 at 5% with 2 min recovery, and then 7:00 at 6%. Really beat by the end and barely hanging on. Good suffering.

Hike up N. Table with double-stroller, great grunt up with the two kids while Molly worked.

Easy run with 4X 10 sec sprint uphill and some form drills.
