Lap around N. Table. All I had time for with Molly's work schedule. Felt really great, effortless. I'm back!

The weather was just too nice to do a TM workout. I converted it from hills to flat tempo. Ran 5:00 WU, then 15 min at tempo (7:10), and then 5 easy, and then 30 at marathonish, and then 5 easy.

15 WU and CD. 3 miles of 20 sec hard and 40 sec easy. 94 degrees out so pretty worked at the end.

35 minutes of eliptical and 10 minutes of ERG. All easy.

Easy trail run/hike on N. Table. Just didn't have the legs to do more than this. 950 feet of gain.
