Drove up to Echo Lake. Hiked/Ran almost all the way up Mt. Spaulding, all over 11,000 feet, probably up to 13600. Slow pace hike and then run down but felt good.
TM- 10 minutes easy at beginning and end. Then 30 minutes of minute on minute off with 830 at 8% for the hard minute and 4% at 4 mph for the easy minute - walking. I made sure that each of the hard intervals was for the full minute so the lowering and raising and speeding and slowing were actually done during the easy minute. Good workout, but not close to destroyed at the end.
TM walking warmup for 5 minutes to 10% at 4.2. Then 4.2 at 15% for 55 minutes. This is by far the best walking workout I have ever had. Can't believe I was able to do this. Good confidence boost.
