Long Run 5:45:00 [3] 17.0 mi (20:18 / mi)

17 miles, all above 10000 feet. Started at Echo Lake at 445 AM and ran, mostly hiked to the top of Mt. Spaulding (138000) by Mt. Evans. Then hiked/ran down, it is pretty steep and rocky so ran as I could. Got back to the car in a little under 5 hours and left my pack and ran another 45 minutes.

Felt very good like I could go all day (and I'll need to :) soon).

TM walking first 10 minutes at 4.2 buildup to 10% then, 12% for 5 then 13% for 5 and then 25 minutes at 15% with the last 5 minutes at 4.4 mph.

Really fast leg and arm weights.

Main AM workout- ran to work 13 miles in 1:44 with a net downhill of 250 feet at 745 minutes per mile average. Felt really good but tired in the day.

2 mile run to bus after work.

Slow easy rolling mix of roads/trails.

Hill Tempo 1:15:00 [3] 8.8 mi (8:31 / mi)

TM- 845 mpm at 4% for 75 minutes. The last 10 minutes I slowly ramped it up to 730 mpm. Tough workout mentally.
