TM easy run mixing in a few random hills and change of easy pace between 830 and 9:10.

20 minutes of weights after.

Thursday Jan 22, 2015 #

Hill Tempo 50:00 [3] 5.7 mi (8:46 / mi)

Ran to and from gym 12 min. TM for 38 minutes at 8:50 mixing in a variety of hills throughout that time for different amounts of time. Fit in 6 X 10 second hill bursts at the end.

Walking 30:00 [3] 2.1 mi (14:17 / mi)

TM Hill walking at 4.2 X 10 to 11 %.

20 minutes of weights after.

Super Slow Run 38:00 [3] 3.9 mi (9:45 / mi)

Super slow ultra pace through the snow. Still pretty whipped from FA but in a good way.

Tuesday Jan 20, 2015 #

Fatlek 50:00 [3] 6.0 mi (8:20 / mi)

TM for 38 minutes with 4 X 1:00 of 6:15 pace. Ran to and from gym to make up th other time. Felt okay.

Super Slow Run 51:00 [3] 5.1 mi (10:00 / mi)

Super slow recovery run on the road. Felt tired and quite footsore for some reason. Nothing unexpected.
