25 minutes of leg weights, with a little heavier weight then I have been using. Felt decent. Total meathead was next to me with chalk, his muscle milk, and grunting, the whole 9 yards. Hilarious.
Ran 15 minutes with dog and to and from gym. On TM at gym for 45 minutes. 4.2 mph the whole time at 13 degrees with the last 10 minutes being at 15 degrees. Pretty wiped at the end.
TM- ran for 15 minutes outside with dog to warmup, first. Then on TM for 45 minutes primarily at 8:40 but mixed in 6 intervals of 1:30 at 6:20 pace (5k). Ran home 10 minutes. Felt pretty good and the intervals were not too bad. Not sure I could run a 19:00 5k right now but I'd probably be around 20:00.
TM set at 8:34 for 60 minutes. Randomly increased incline throughout 60 minutes from 4 degrees all the way to 15 and held for various amounts of time. 10 minutes of extra running to an from gym.
Long snowy run at North Table. Almost 2000 feet of gain. Super snow and so the pace was really slow because you just couldn't quite get traction. I ran most of it but walked when needed. Pace was reasonable but effort was flagging with 30 minutes left so I took a Gu and finished strong. Didn't have a lot of pep and not sure why as yesterday was pretty easy. Oh well.
