Recovery Run 1:10 [3] 7.6 mi (9 / mi)

TM Easy Time Trial- 10 minutes warmup with TM covered. Then ran 10 more minutes at what felt easy, like I could sustain for a while. It turned out to be 9:05 minutes per mile, which I was sad was a little slow but is actually pretty consistent with my training. I maintained this for 50 more minutes and it felt right. I could have done another hour at this pace if I had to. HR was at 121-125 throughout the workout. I was rested, hydrated and felt good so I think this is pretty accurate gauge.

20 minutes of ab and arm exercises after.

Friday Jan 2, 2015 #

Walking 30 [3] 2.1 mi (14 / mi)

TM walking at 4.2 and 20 minutes at 13 degrees and the last 10 at 15 degrees.

25 minutes of leg weights after.

Wednesday Dec 31, 2014 #

Hill Tempo 1:05:00 [5] 7.5 mi (8:40 / mi)

TM in Kansas- 15 minutes warmup and 10 minute cooldown easy.
10 minutes X 3 at 8:34 mph at 6 degrees. This was a good tough workout and I had to concentrate to keep the pace and focus (but that is good).

Super snowy and cold run in Kansas while visiting family with 4 X 10 seconds strides.
