Pikes Peak 3-2-1. Ran down three miles then hiked up 3 miles. Last mile up was 27, 25, 23 on each subsequent interval. Felt decently tired with a headache by the end.

TM- 5 minutes warmup then 8.50 and 5% incline for 45 minutes then 10 minutes of cooldown running. Felt good, no injuries. Workout was tiring but not exhausting.
