Ran on TM 8:30 minutes per mile and every 1/2 mile I ran at 6% for 1:00. Was tired and sweating by the end but felt a lot better than the day before.

Chimney gulch hilly recovery run. First time ever bit by a dog!! He bit me right below the nipple even though he was leashed by a lady. She was able to pull him off and it hardly bled and he had his shots. I was pissed!
