5 minutes at 4.2 and 8% incline. Then 30 minutes at 4.2 and 10% incline. Tough but good.

Skiing- powder day at Vail. Great workout and great snow. 7-9 inches in Blue Sky Basin. Amazing.!

Warmup 15 minutes. 2 miles at 6:58 MPM. Then 8 X 1:00 at 8:13 and 8% incline with 3 minutes recovery. Good workout, hard but not terrible. Cool down 10 minutes.

Flat snowy run at 9300 feet in Keystone. Was pretty tired from trail run/snowboarding combo. Stayed hydrated and had Gu's but just never felt great. I know I shortchanged it a bit, sorry.
